III. Manufacturing Unit :
Our Manufacturing plant is
located at M/s PATNI ASSOCIATES. The plant is equipped with latest manufacturing
facility. We under take the manufacturing of totoal range of
Custom Built cranes with well Organized department as under.

Design & Engineering:
PATNI ASSOCIATES is having their own design cell having
the vast Design experience with pioneer crane manufacturer for
Design of EOT Crane up to capacity of 150 Ton. We are
designing and preparing the drawings for Custom-Build Crane on
Compute with AUTO CAD Relese 2000 software. We are also
well equipped with latest DATA BANK contents with all relevant
standards like IS, BS, DIN, JIST and documents.
Purchase & Store:
PATNI ASSOCIATES is equipped with latest system of
Purchase and Store department. We adopt the standard practice
of
Purchase any type of Material from market with
proper check of vendors and procedure of Incoming material
inspection.
The incoming material is also properly stored at
our Store Department with proper register of Inventory. The
material is
being purchased as per our Design
specification and approved drawings.
Manufacturing :
Our manufacturing unit is equipped with following
shop facility:
MACHINE SHOP
FABRICATION SHOP
ASSEMBLY SHOP
LT PANEL MANUFACTURING SHOP
TESTING SHOP
PAINTING & DISPATCH SHOP
Base on our manufacturing capacity, in general we are
manufacturing all components in our own shop except Castings,
Heavy Machine shop components and bought out items. We
manufacture the components as per drawings & standard
specification. We
have well equipped with testing facilities for span up to 20 mts.
and capacities up to 15 Ton at our existing unit and also we
will
test the crane at variable span & capacities up to 70 Ton at
our unit No.II. We are also equipped with manufacturing
of LT control panel for CRANES. The manufacturing facility of
L.T.Control panel is located within our works facility only.
Quality Control :
We are equipped with our own quality
control department. We adopt the latest stage and final
inspection practice as per IS
standard. We also offer our CRANES for client's
third party inspection like EIL/Lloyds/TCE/M M Dastur etc.
Testing:
We are equipped with testing facility as
per client's requirement. In regular course, we offer the
following shop test.
i. Visual inspection of Fabricated components / Machining
components.
ii. Crane Grider deflection test.
iii. Electric Hoist Part and Full load test.
iv. Produce the Forged Hook test certificate of National as per
T.C.Testing Agency.
ERECTION & COMMISSIONING:
We are also offering to our client for
Erection and Commissioning the Cranes. We undertake the job as
per client's
requirement. During warranty period, we are
deputing our technician to attend the Servicing problem on
client's call and we
undertake total responsibility of Servicing up to
client's satisfaction.
