Centrelift
Cranes
REPL Centrelift crane is a classic, high duty crane designed from the wealth experience
of more than two decade. Using standard components, Centrelift Cranes are
individually built
to specific span requirements, capacities with international standards including, IS, BSS
Class II and III, FEM Section 1 Groups 2M and 3M and CMAA Class C,D and E. The benefits offered
by REPL Centrelift Cranes are for the engineer, the
accountant and the crane driver.
Initial Economy
Based on standardized design and custom-built to incorporate specific requirements from
series produced components, REPL achieve significant economy for a high specification
crane, offering a combination of a Centrelift.
Maximum clear lift: achieved by twingrider bridge and crab design, giving close lift to
underside of roof.
Maximum floor area covered: beneath the crane, with close side and end hook approaches.
Lower building foundation and structural
costs: in new buildings or a greater lifting capacity on an existing gantry, achieved by equal low gantry wheel loadings.
No extra cost for a choice of crane structure options: that enable the Centrelift crane
to be accommodated most economically in new or existing
building. The standard construction
requires shorter gantry section for a given height of lift, compared with the other standard
Centrelift design options of normal cut down and flush bridge-to-end-carriage mountings
which may be necessary for accommodation on to existing gantry installations.
