Sanyo Elevator (Wuxi) Co is a joint venture established in 2001 after Japan Company Sanyo decided Wuxi Elevator Factory as the cooperation partner through in-depth market investigation. It is located nearby the Taihu Lake, adjoining the famous scenic spots of Meiyuan Park and Liyuan Park. The Shanghai-Yichang Highway passes in front of the company to the hinterland of the Jiangsu province.

Sanyo Elevator strictly follows national standard GB7588 and the company has obtained the Class A Installation, Revamping and Maintenance License and Class A Manufacturing License of Special Equipment of the People's Republic of China. Permanent magnet synchronous gearless drive motor The R&D of permanent magnet synchronous gearless drive units is an important technical advancement in elevator industry. Compared with conventional elevators, it is principally characterized by the following :
 
I.  Low cost : tight structure & free of transmission system and lubricating system cut down the cost;
2. Saving energy : as it changes the transmission system, the efficiency can be raised 40% compared to the
    conventional transmission system.
3. Low noise : because the gearless drive motor transmits torque through non-contact electromagnetic force and
    the motor itself runs with extremely low speed the noise of the elevator system is greatly reduced.
4. Green and environmental protective; free of lubricating system, no pollution to environment.
5. Safe and reliable: the permanent magnet synchronous direct drive will eliminate the phenomenon of top hitting
    or bottom squatting.

Main operating panel Main board : the control main board of Sanyo elevator uses imported mam board particularly for elevators, The elevator signal transmission is CAN bus transmission. The main board adopts SMT surface installation technology with high reliability. The main board has the expansion ability of elevator's operation function. The controller of main board uses the special-purpose microprocessor for industrial control. Human-computer interface : the human-computer interface of Sanyo elevator uses liquid crystal display. The human-computer interface can observe the running status of elevator and can command various running of elevator under allowable conditions. In case of elevator fault, the causes can be understood immediately from the human-computer interface. And in allowable situations, the human-computer interface can change the mode of operation and control pattern.

Door motor : In the door motor system of Sanyo, variable frequency doors are designed and made upon the exclusively owned technology of Sanyo, The door controlling system adopts Siemens transducers, The drive uses synchronous belt drive. The limit switch of door motor operation adopts non-contact mode which makes the integral door motor system of low noise, low fault rate, stable running and high efficiency.

1. This drawing is applicable to the elevator with Rise less than I Om, tolerance within -1 5mm~ + 15mm,
    tolerance of horizontal span within 0 I 5mm.
2. For 2-step horizontal section, 400 is subtracted from Ls . (For 2-step horizontal section shown in the drawing,
    if h<6m, 2-step horizontal section is adoptable.)
3. If "A" For 2-step horizontal section, 800 is subtracted from Ls. (For 2-step horizontal section shown in the

4. If Rise h>6m, a mid support is needed, with its position centered on the whole.
5. Before installation of a handrail elevator, safety protection enclosures not less than 1.2m high must be

6. The pit must be waterproof. If a sump is needed, the sump must be arranged at the corner of walls.
7. Power supply must be drawn to machine room, equipped with protective switches. Range percentage of the
    power supply must be kept between 7%— + 7%. Zero line and grounding line must be separate, and grounding
    resistance must not be more than 4 Q . 8.If not indicated in the drawing, all the loads are supporting reaction
    forces per ladder.
9. If special requirements are offered by the user, a contract is signed only after they are technically recognized
    by the manufacturer.
    Note : Calculating formula for the height of mid supporting beams of user is as follows : (unit mm)
