twin girder design which minimizes torsional forces.

shaft bearing bosses jig bored. The Gearbox is not split along the
center line of the shafts
so more accurate alignment is achieved abd the risk of oil leaks eliminated.
Extended life: of spur and helical gears from 20 Mn Cr and pinions from high Carbon Steel.
Durable, high grade steel: double flanged forged wheels mounted on antifriction bearings in
end carriages
and crab.
Lower Operating Costs: through

Routine inspection and maintenance

crane.

trough walk-way with nonstick
finish and firm tubular handrails, extending full length of
crane bridge. Angled around electrical equipment to
maintain full width platform.
Convenient crab layout : provides
safe, secure platform for easy access to all crab components
including
compensating sheaves.
Easy access to the gearbox: for
inspection with effective oil seal, readily detachable without
draining.

Festoon cable crossbridge feed system.
Test circuit: provided
in electrical panel. All electrical contactors, relays and
resistances grouped together in panels.
Ease of component replacement: achieved
by keyed shafts on all wheels, accurate jig alignment of all

shaft drive from motor to gearbox, eliminates
